With the recent cold snap I feel like I have been wearing the same outfit, generally jeans, more often than not my biker boots, and nearly always a very warm jumper – today’s look isn’t that dissimilar to be honest but I decided to mix it up with a bright blue jacket I found hanging on the coat hooks by the door. Don’t worry it is my jacket, just one that sadly has been forgotten about this winter, and I am not sure why as I love the colour and the fit. On a cold day like today it really did brighten my mood.
Day three and the sun has been shining all day, granted still not that warm, but I don’t mind shivering when it is bright. Once again, another look, another shade of pink – so we’ve had a bright pink jumper, bright pink accessories and today I went for my new Gap blazer which I picked up in the sale last weekend. Considering a blazer is a wardrobe staple I only seem to have two very ill-fitted ones so I thought it was time to invest for fashion week as you can dress an outfit up or down with one and
Day two and I am already a little tired, yesterday was incredible I saw so many gorgeous collections and today was another early start and late finish. I started with a Woolmark breakfast at the ME London, which is the new hotel opposite Somerset House that you might remember from my Warehouse press day post, it has the most incredible view that I couldn’t resist having my style piccies done there, and ended the day with Rihanna’s debut clothing collection for River Island. With the long day, the feeling that I might be queuing a bit for Rihanna, in the end it
I love snow, I love wrapping up warm, and I love a winter wonderland postcard scene, so when the snow finally fell on my village today I couldn’t resist getting my new Superdry bobble hat on and heading out for a very chilly, but fun winter walk. Is there anything more perfect than walking in the snow??? I love the crunch underfoot, the sliding and hoping I don’t fall over, and call me crazy but I also love the chill against my face. Granted I can see that the snow can be disruptive and makes commuting a pain – but come
If I had to say what my favourite winter look was at the moment it would have to be a statement jumper, preferably with an animal on it, teamed with skinny jeans, biker boots and lashings of arm candy – super cosy, super comfortable, with added sparkle, that is perfect for combating the winter chill. I have been wanting a wolf jumper for a while since I fell in love with a Markus Lupfer one, and then I spied this beauty in Warehouse and I couldn’t resist it. As well as being striking, I love the metallic eyes, I love the oversized fit of the jumper, which is
