Toronto Film Festival: Diane Kruger In Valentino

Who: Diane Kruger

Where: At the ‘Inescapable’ premiere at the Roy Thomson Hall held during the Toronto Film Festival

Wearing: A gold and jet black embroidered Valentino dress from the autumn/winter 2012 couture collection, teamed with a black clutch, and black pointy heels

Verdict: I don’t think my love affair with Diane Kruger is going away any time soon, every time I see her hit the red carpet I absolutely love her look. For me she makes looking stylish effortless and I love how she always brings out her own personality in her looks, of course her beauty helps, but I can’t help own up to the fact that I totally have a style crush on her.

This Valentino look is as stunning – she looks incredible in it and the black and gold embroidery is exquisite. I am not keen on the fur-lined bodice, I not sure the dress really needed it, but the silhouette of the dress with the high waist and gathered split to the side does make this dress glamorous.

What does stand out for me the most with this look is her flawless make-up and gorgeous hair – I love the top knot it is works perfectly with this dress.

Toronto Film Festival: Anna Kendrick Looks Edgy In Mulberry

Who: Twilight and Up In The Air actress Anna Kendrick

Where: At the premiere for her new flick The Company You Keep, which took place during the Toronto Film Festival

Wearing: Mulberry’s moonlight tie dye silk ‘Fitted Nightie Dress’ from the autumn/winter 2012 collection, teamed with Brian Atwood strappy heels and a bronze clutch

Verdict: There is something about Anna Kendrick, she can look a little uncomfortable in dresses that are too sexy, she sometimes doesn’t quite pull off high-fashion looks, but I am loving that she has chosen this edgy look as she really pulls it off.

This printed ‘Nightie’ dress is incredible, I love the contoured style of the dress it really suits her tiny frame, but it is the ethereal print featuring tie-dye shades of midnight blue, orange and black that makes this dress divine for me. It is a little different for a red carpet look and that is why it stands out. This is a really great look from Anna.

Buy Her Style: Fancy buying Anna’s silk dress? Well you can pick it up now from Mulberry for £2,500 – bargain right!!!

Toronto Film Festival: Keira Knightley Dazzles In Elie Saab

Who: Keira Knightley

Where: At the ‘Anna Karenina’ Premiere at the 2012 Toronto Film Festival

Wearing: A black short-sleeved embellished lace Elie Saab couture gown from the autumn/winter 2012 collection

Verdict: This is another breath-taking look from Keira, I have to be honest I wasn’t too fussed about Keira before but the incredible Chanel couture gown made me take notice and this is another exquisite choice.

One thing you can always rely on with Elie Saab is pure elegance, and even though this dress is very sheer, it is perfection and doesn’t overpower the gown – Keira really does look divine.

If Keira keeps this up I am definitely going to overdoing my use of the word ‘flawless’ – but come on who can blame me she really doesn’t look gorgeous.

Do you prefer her Elie Saab gown over her embellished Chanel couture look from last week?

Toronto Film Festival: Kate Hudson In Alexander McQueen

Who: Kate Hudson

Where: At the Toronto Film Festival premiere of The Reluctant Fundamentalist

Wearing: A white long-sleeve Alexander McQueen gown with silver embellishments down the front, padded shoulders and a thigh-high central spilt from the Resort 2013 collection, teamed with a white Alexander McQueen Knucklebox clutch and white heels

Verdict: I am loving the film festival season this year, Venice brought glamour and sexiness, and it seems that has travelled to Toronto as I am loving this Alexander McQueen dress on Kate Hudson.

Kate is one of those stars that simply shines, whether it is in an exquisite gown like this or her rocking some boho daytime look, I simply adore her style. But there is something different about Kate’s red carpet shine lately, from the divine Atelier Versace gown she wore in Venice to this incredible McQueen dress, she seems more glossy. I am not complaining, she looks incredible, but I just feel like there is a change in Kate.

I put Kate down among one of my favourite red carpet stars along with Diane Kruger and I am loving this white gown on her. Do you love her look?
