I basically wanted to call this blog all hail the £13 Primark button dress, but that seemed a little silly, but you see this is just one of the many colours I bought in this style dress, who can blame me at that price, and I just knew that this light blue beauty would look amazing in this gorgeous Kentish lavender field. What I love about this dress, other than the fab price, has to be the button design, I love the asymmetric wrap style, as well as the buttons themselves, which are a gorgeous tortoiseshell. I read somewhere the other day – “be perfect at being imperfect” and it really rang home. My never-ending battle with perfection, basically trying to create a life I think I should have, rather than actually living my life has become exhausting. I think over the past few months I’ve actually bought more pink items than anything else. I don’t know why the sudden change of heart, but I’ve just really been drawn to the hue, from dusky pale to vibrant pinks and everything in between. But having all this pink in my wardrobe has its issues, as the other half of my clothes are generally black, black,
