Les Miserables: Anna Hathaway Wearing Tom Ford

Anne Hathaway, Tom FordWho: Anne Hathaway

Where: At the Les Miserables premiere in New York at the Ziegfeld Theatre

Wearing: A black taffeta cape-back Tom Ford evening gown with a thigh-high split from the spring/summer 2013 collection, teamed with Tom Ford bondage strap thigh-high boots

Verdict: Getting married really has shaken up Anne Hathaway’s style, first we saw her in a very dramatic Givenchy Haute Couture at the London premiere, and now we have this very sexy vixen look that she is completely owning.

I am blown away with this look, not only was I so not expecting to see Anne in dominatrix style boots, but I am so impressed with how at ease and confident she looks wearing this outfit.

I am a fan of everything about this look, which is basically a replica of the Tom Ford SS13 look book, the column gown on its own is gorgeous, add in the voluminous cape to the back and the thigh-high boots and this is one showstopping look. Anne is working her vamp-Goth look to perfection.

Are you liking Anne’s change of direction for her red carpet looks? Or do you think the star is trying a little too hard?

Les Miserables: Amanda Seyfried In Alexander McQueen

Amanda Seyfried, alexander mcqueen, les Miserables

Who: Amanda Seyfried

Where: At the Les Miserables premiere in New York at the Ziegfeld Theatre

Wearing: A black and gold embroidered Alexander McQueen gown from the spring/summer 2013 collection, teamed with an Alexander McQueen plexi tortoiseshell belt and skull box clutch

Verdict: Oooh Amanda looks gorgeous in this dramatic and sexy gown from Alexander McQueen, I just love the combination of the to-die-for embroidered bodice paired with a flowing skirt – and then to raise the dramatic look she has added a gorgeous tortoiseshell belt – wow!!!

I love that Amanda is a chameleon, she can totally work sweet and angelic and then mix it up with this dramatic and moody look. Everything about this look from the gown to her cat-eye make-up and her skull clutch and that braided bun is divine – I love it.

Also did anyone else do a double take and think her hair was down long and just blowing in the wind because of where she is standing next to the poster? No, just me, thought as much!!!
