Denim, especially jeans have always been a big part of my wardrobe, and to be honest I don’t see that changing anytime soon, but I have noticed over the years how I seem to rotate between styles. Once upon a time, you couldn’t get me out of flares, I loved them, so much so, I remember making a pair even bigger while at university that included a whole lot of yellow fabric and cute stars embellished up the side, I was obsessed with them. Then came the time of the cropped jeans, a whole summer dedicated to the shorter style.
For me, outfits, especially during London Fashion Week, are a time to play a part, stay true to my style, but still have a little fun. For day 1, I was totally channeling the girlies in John Hughes 80s flicks, like Deb and Hilly in Weird Science, FYI, great film if you haven’t seen it – do, now.
