Who: Australian popstar Kylie Minogue
Where: At the ‘Les Salauds’ premiere held during the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival
Wearing: An ivory/pale pink embroidered Roberto Cavalli gown with a plunging neckline and a chiffon layered train, teamed with drop earrings and a diamond ring
Verdict: There is something about Kylie, she never seems to age, always does glamour perfectly without being too bling, and she always adds sex appeal to anything she wears.
I simply love this gorgeous Roberto Cavalli gown, I actually think it is one the best I have seen from the designer this film festival, and there have been a lot **check out all the images off the red carpet on my Facebook page**.
This embroidered gown, which I am not sure if it is an off-white or pale pink – I can’t quite tell from the images, isn’t just beautiful but also perfectly fitted to her petite frame. I love that she went for a train, I adore that she went for a plunging neckline, and I am so pleased that she went for a light shade – she really does look radiant in this gown.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!!

I am a huge fan of Kylie Minogue but I nearly didn’t recognise her on the cover of the January 2013 issue of ELLE UK. Sporting bleach blonde hair, which for some reason makes me think of Gwen Stefani, the pint-sized popstar is looking hot in a lilac dress from Christopher Kane’s spring/summer 2013 collection.
Captured by photographer Cuneyt Akeroglu, this is Kylie’s seventh ELLE cover and I really love it, even with the flamingo pose. I am really looking forward to seeing the subscriber cover and the accompanying editorial, especially as it says on the cover that she is wearing British fashion, which is nice as mostly we see Kylie in Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli or Pucci.
The January issue of ELLE hits newsstands on Wednesday – will you be picking it up?
UPDATE: I have just received the subscribers cover and it is a beauty – Kyie looks incredible.
So which is your favourite – the newsstand or subscriber cover?
Who: Kylie Minogue
Where: At the Glamour Women of the Year awards in London
Wearing: A gold lurex Stella McCartney gown from the autumn/winter 2012 collection, teamed with a large gold cocktail ring
Verdict: Winner of the Outstanding Contribution award at the Glamour Women of the Year event this week, Kylie shimmered in this gorgeous Stella McCartney gown, what I love other than how good Kylie looks in gold is how she knows how to let a dress shine by keeping her accessories and make-up simply.
I am going through a Kylie love-fest at the moment, she really did wow me in Cannes, and this is another great look. Also check out how stunning she looks on the July issue of Glamour UK working a very sexy turquoise Dolce & Gabbana crochet long-sleeved dress with applique flowers. This is the best cover I have seen from Glamour in a while – love the turquoise.

Who: Kylie Minogue
Where: At the Closing Ceremony for the 65th Edition of the International Cannes Film Festival
Wearing: A baby blue chiffon Roberto Cavalli gown with a plunging neckline and diamante embroidery, teamed with a diamond necklace
Verdict: Roberto Cavalli has been a busy designer during Cannes, he has dressed everyone from models Karolina Kurkova, Natasha Poly, and Heidi Klum to singer Cassie, and actresses Roxane Mesquida and Naomi Watts, and this is Kylie’s second look designed by him.
It is hard to compete with the leggy models who have all sparkled this Cannes Film Festival, but tiny Kylie is holding her own in this demure and romantic Roberto Cavalli gown. I love the colour, the flowing chiffon skirt, and I adore the addition of the necklace, Cannes deserves glitz.
I do wish though that she had worn her hair up, but this is me being extra picky, as she looks stunning.

There is something quite endearing about pop princess Kylie, I like that she always makes an effort when it comes to red carpet appearances, and I love that she really does sexy in such an elegant way, which is hard to do. Kylie has been spotted in Cannes this past week promoting her new movie, Holy Motors, yes Kylie is giving acting another go after that awful Street Fighters movie she did year’s ago, and has been working her fashion connections.
Kylie’s first outing was for the ‘Killing Them Softly’ afterparty and she wore a stunning black sequinned Roberto Cavalli gown. Such a gorgeous silhouette and I absolutely love the shimmer of the large sequins, and the chiffon train is the perfect finish.
Then for the premire of her new movie Holy Motors, Kylie turned to her good pals Dolce & Gabbana and literally dazzled in this long-sleeved gold beauty. This is her best hair of the three looks as well for me, I love her wavy locks and her make-up is flawless, considering she is 43 – she really does look amazing.
My favourite of her three looks has to be the vibrant red organza Emilio Pucci gown that she wore to the 19th annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala. This gown from the autumn/winter 2012 collection looks like it was made specially for her, there is an elegance about the silhouette with its cleverly positioned sheer panels, but the sexy factor is there in the colour and the plunging neckline. But what makes this look my favourite is that gorgeous triple-layered diamond necklace – now that is statement jewellery!!!
Which of Kylie’s three looks gets your vote?
