Sleep is one of my favourite things, I’d call it a hobby if that didn’t make me sound super lazy, but it is also something that doesn’t always come easy, especially this past year. Moving house, living in a renovation, and generally having a mattress that didn’t really travel well in the move doesn’t really equal a good night’s sleep. For a long time I blamed the bed frame, how wrong I was, you can have any frame you want really, it is a good mattress that you need to help you sleep well, and I think I’ve found the one

On Wednesday I popped by Home House to check out Fearne Cotton’s debut interiors collection. I know I don’t feature much on the interior side on this blog but I loved so many pieces from her collection that I just had to share. The 28-piece collection features cushions, cabinets, rugs and even a four-poster bed, all inspired by Fearne’s eclectic style, think vintage, floral and oriental prints, bright pinks, and her love of cats, as well as her Nan’s house, and like her clothing collection I expect it is going to be a huge success.
If Cath Kidston sold houses I think it would pretty much look like this, with walls of course, decorated out with just the right mix of florals, birds, mushrooms, penguins and polka dot prints. I love it when brands make their press days more of a presentation, something to grab my attention, something to get me excited, and this make-shift house set in the middle of central London certainly did that, the only thing that was missing was the fictional Cath Kidston family!!!
