There is something special about Cannes, maybe even more so than the Oscars, and that’s because everyone gracing the red carpet really does go big, always glamorous, and most importantly very over-the-top. The film festival really does deliver great red carpet magic for nearly 2-weeks, it is pure bliss for someone like me who is obsessed by gorgeous gowns, and the opening day really did set a high standard. The LA premiere took place over the weekend and I was going to share Megan’s sexy white Marc Jacobs mini, but then I saw Disney starlet Bella Thorne rocking a vintage 80s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tee and I actually squealed it is so cool. Bella who wasn’t even born in the 80s **totally makes me feel old** glammed up her look with a sexy H&M black leather mini skirt, caged black Gucci heels
