There’s something about autumn, you get to wear cosy jumpers and sheepskin lined boots, while also wearing no coat, plus you get all those beautiful orange and red hues everywhere. This year I hunted down a pumpkin patch, OK, so it wasn’t quite like then ones you see the American’s visiting on Instagram, but it was pretty fun picking out the perfect ones for our little Halloween display, and it was made even better because cutie Ruby-Bleu, my close friend’s daughter came to play. Oh, and totally upstaged my outfit post!!! You know I’m kind of obsessed with comfort, I
When it comes to fashion week dressing I do kind of panic, I’m not a sample size, so no loans for me, I’m kind of awkward, don’t worry I know I am, and I’m not really keen on dressing outside my comfort zone, but that doesn’t mean I don’t make a little more of an effort when London Fashion Week comes around. If you follow me on Instagram, you will have seen all my looks, but I did a little mini-photo shoot each day and over the next few weeks I’m going to show you all my looks in more detail,
When it comes to fashion have you noticed that history tends to repeat itself? Now, it seems is the time of the 90s to have a revamp, and as I kind of actually remember living through this era the first time I thought I would inject a little nostalgia into this week’s style post. I remember the 80s, but I was a child, my decisions on my clothes weren’t really my own, in the 90s I was a teen, I had a love of combat mini skirts, crop tops, scrunchies, the bigger the better, denim, denim, and a bit more
I have a lot of love for stripy tops, I probably have the same style top in about 10 different sized stripes and colours, and one of my favourite places to pick up good stripes is Boden, so when I saw this Blackberry Dress in green and white stripes I couldn’t resist it. The drapey fit, the gathering at the waist and the knee-grazing length really makes this the perfect casual summer dress and made for one comfortable look while exploring Windsor. I’m such a fan of relaxed fit dresses in the summer, who wants to be in a skin-tight look when
When you think Emu Australia, do you think cosy sheepskin boots? Well, think again, this Australian brand is much more than that and their spring/summer collection is so nice, so much so I have a few pairs to share with you over the next few weeks, first up my favourites, these gorgeous Emu Australia Tweed heels. I have a soft spot for classics, I do love a heel that’s not too high, that’s not too skinny, and these are perfect for wearing all day and dancing all night, plus as you would expect they have the best insole comfort. I’m seriously in love.
