Wearing: A custom-made white Grecian Donna Karan Atelier gown with silk chiffon pleats with draped beaded fringe made up of silver-lined bugles, and sea beads, and a stone encrusted sequin bustier; teamed with Jacob & Co. chandelier tassel earrings and flower diamond ring, and a metallic clutch

Verdict:  Last year Ashley Greene was one of my best dressed, and once again Donna Karan has done her proud with another exquisite gown, even better than last year. New York-based designer Donna Karan really has been on a roll of late, I loved Nina Dobrev’s gown, Cobie Smulders did just that at the Avenger’s premiere, and Alice Eve looked incredible, so I wasn’t surprised that Donna saved her best gowns for the biggest fashion event of the year.

Last year Ashley had a princess vibe about her with the intricate detailing and the fishbone train, this year she has a sultry feel to her look with this sexy-yet-feminine gown, which fits her perfectly and I love how she teamed the white with silver accessories, very chic and I love her hair down.

Wearing: A black and antique gold Donna Karan Atelier gown inspired by the Donna Karan devoré dress immortalised by Gwyneth Paltrow in the film Great Expectations. The asymmetrical draped gown has been modernised with silk chiffon and burnt out metal sequins and gold-lined beads, with single layer sequin straps to her back

Verdict: Wow, what a way to debut Donna Karan Atelier, the designer’s new high eveningwear collection, as Nina Dobrev looks stunning styled by Ilaria Urbinati. Just for the combination of the black and gold it will hit the best dressed lists, add in the beauty of that gorgeous train, the sexy back, and the feminine draped detailing to the bustier, and it is simply stunning.

When Nina hit the pink carpet there was a lot of traffic, but seriously all the photographers were shouting for her, as she looked completely radiant, and totally captured everyone’s attention. Also check out her gorgeous H.Stern earrings, they are so delicate and lovely, work perfectly with such a gorgeous dress.

Without a doubt Nina’s dress will be one of my best dressed of the night, I have been waiting to see it for weeks since I knew Donna Karan was dressing her, and I most certainly wasn’t disppointed, if anything I was blown away even further by the brilliance of Donna Karan.

Wearing: A black belted calf-length Donna Karan cocktail dress from the pre-fall 2012 collection, with an asymmetric strap across her shoulders and a split to the pencil skirt; teamed with gold jewellery and blue suede Brian Atwood open-toe heels

Verdict: I love it when you get old-school Hollywood glamour on the red carpet with a modern twist it really does make me sit up and notice. I love the cut of the dress on her, fits perfectly and really accentuates her curves, which is nice to see. But what I love most has to be the usual asymmetric strap across her shoulders, on first glance it distracted me slightly, but when you take in the whole look with her foxy curves, her wavy blonde bob, those gorgeous bright blue heels and the gold ornate jewellery it totally works.

I am really loving that Donna Karan is getting a lot of red carpet action at the moment, I loved Christa Allen in a dress that reminds me of a fifties prom dress, and I was completely blown away by the amazing Cobie Smulder in that sexy bronze and black gown. Each gown completely different, but each one is very feminine and exquisitely made. I hope this Donna Karan trend continues as I am loving the variety on the red carpet.

Where: At the annual American Red Cross Red Tie Affair in Los Angeles

Wearing: A strapless red Donna Karan dress with large pleating to the skirt and fan pleating to the bust from the pre-fall 2012 collection, teamed with a black studded belt and black pointed-toe heels

Verdict: Firstly, I love large pleats on a skirt, but what draws me in with this dress is the exquisite structured fan detailing to the bust – how amazing is that – for me it instantly adds drama and flair to a simple-yet-flattering silhouette and I love it. Add the studded belt and black heels and it adds a sophistication perfect for a charity gala, seriously one hot look.

The only thing I am not loving is the casual vibe to her hairstyle, I want to see her shoulders so the ruffle on the bust shines, but this is me just being extra picky – but the large earrings do make up for it!!!

Also if like me you have been waiting for the Revenge, which every American seems to be obsessed with as it centres around the Hamptons, it is coming to the UK later this year as E4 have bought the rights – I can’t wait!!!

Wearing: A slightly modified black and bronze Donna Karan gown from the spring/summer 2012 collection, full of intricate embroidered detailing and a plunging neckline, teamed with a dark clutch and amber earrings

Verdict: Wow, Scarlett Johansson might be the lead in the film but Cobie Smulders, who I have to admit I had never heard off, really did put herself on the map last night with this uber-sexy Donna Karan gown. Everything from her cool name, come on I can’t be the only one wishing my surname was Smulders, to her gorgeous wavy locks, and that incredible patchwork gown – this is one hot look and she looks fabulous.

Styled by Ilaria Urbinati, who also looks after Vampire Diaries Nina Dobrev, I can’t wait to see what other looks she pulls for Cobie on the Avengers promo tour.

Verdict: Wow, Amber is one seriously sexy lady, she is a complete bombshell in this perfectly formed gown. I know that it was made for her but Donna Karan really does understand a woman’s figure and she has given Amber just the right mix of sex appeal and elegance. I love it.

Wearing: A custom-made black and white Donna Karan dress, teamed with black peep-toe heels, sleek hair and red nails

Verdict: This dress has a bit of everything going on – pleats, cut-out detailing to the waist, a thigh-high split and has just one sleeve, on paper it doesn’t quite work, in reality it is sensational. I am so glad that Donna Karan has taken Ashley Greene under her wing as she really is pulling out all the stops on this Twilight promo trip.

The only negative thing is I wish Ashley Greene and her amazing Donna Karan transformation had be able to hit the London premiere alongside Kristen, Rob and Taylor. London’s loss was definitely New York’s gain and I am very jealous.
