Where: At the People Choice Awards 2013, which were held last night at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles
Wearing: A neon yellow Simone Rocha dress from the spring/summer 2013 collection, teamed with black Casadei heels
Verdict: I do love it when London Fashion Week designers are on the red carpet, especially when they are exciting talents such as Simeon Rocha, I think it was a calculated risk for Chloe credit to wear an emerging designer and it totally paid off.
I love the daisy design of the floral lace as it is just something a little different, but for me this dress is all about the vibrancy of the neon colour, or as I like to say highlighter yellow and she really did stand out.
I would have loved to have seen Chloe next to Lea Michele in her Barbie pink dress – and then all we would have needed is someone in neon green to complete my highlighter pen set!!!
