Now if there was ever a fashion film and print campaign that was destined to be banned it is this uber sexy campaign from Brian Atwood and I love it. Inspired by the allure of sexual submission, fearless beauty, and cinemagraphic voyeurism, this is one sexy campaign featuring supermodel Candice Swanepoel wearing thigh-high boots, animal print stillettos, bondage strapped heels and not much else. I love celebrities and I do love seeing celebrities on magazine covers, yep even I have been persuaded to buy a magazine just because my favourite actress is on the cover, but I have to be honest I do love it when models take covers, more so when it is a September issue – as they are the fashion issues of the year. I really wish UK and American magazine would take some tips from the Italians on magazine covers – as the February 2011 cover for Vogue Italia is amazing. Definitely the best February cover, the gorgeous Victoria Secret’s model Candice Swanepoel was shot by Steven Meisel, and styled by the amazing Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele. Wearing a gorgeous orange Blumarine leather jacket from the spring 2011 collection, Candice looks incredible draped in Blumarine gold jewellery. But what makes this cover for me is the vamp hairstyle – super chic and most certainly bold and bright. Utterly gorgeous!!
