Empire Awards: Bonnie Wright Rocks A Black Suit

Who: Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright

Where: At the 2012 Jameson Empire Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London

Wearing: A smart and chic black Dolce & Gabbana trouser suit, teamed with black platform heels, hoop earrings, and a chunky necklace

Verdict: I love it when the androgynous look is worked well, and you can’t get any better than the cute and girlie Bonnie rocking a chic black suit with a flash of lace peaking through. What is good about a fun award show like Empire is that the girlies can work something different and Bonnie it seems isn’t afraid to try something new and that’s why I love seeing her whether on a red carpet or at fashion week.

There have been a number of young starlets that have worked the trouser suit to perfection – with one of my favourite looks being Leighton Meester working menswear designed by Thom Browne, this outfit from Bonnie is right up there with Leighton for me.

Bonnie also gets the best make-up award of the night from me – her smoky eyes are perfection as is her ponytail – HOT look I really love it.

What do you think – does Bonnie do androgynous well?

Miu Miu Front Row: Katy Perry Head-to-Toe In Prada

Who: Katy Perry

Where: At the Miu Miu autumn/winter 2012 catwalk show in Paris

Wearing: Head-to-toe Prada in a giada raso coat, worn over a flames-motif printed pink chiffon pleated dress, and paired with the Saffiano lux Pyramide bag with studs and patent leather flame sandals

Verdict: I love everything about Katy Perry’s look from the neck down, seriously her choice of quirky accessories is amazing – I am in love with that studded bag as well as the incredible flame heels. But what I am not loving is her hair, I get it so she is wearing blue so she has to pair her hair, but come on you seriously don’t!!!

I am glad that Katy has immersed herself in Paris Fashion Week and seems to be getting over her split from Russell Brand but I would also love to see a new hair-do.

Miu Miu had one of the most stylish front rows at Paris Fashion Week for me including Harry Potter’s Bonnie Wright, singer Florrie Arnold, and Mia Wasikowska, as well as Kate Mara, Corrine Bailey Rae, and Downton Abbey’s Michelle Dockery, but my favourite looks are these from Bonnie, Florrie and Mia all in Miu Miu looks.

Bonnie is stunning in this black cady sleeveless top and alluminio grey plissé lace skirt from the Miu Miu spring/summer 2012 collection, but what caught my eye on her look had to be the Miu Miu yellow silk jewel bag – pops nicely against the lace skirt.

Florrie, who I have to admit I don’t know that much about really impressed me in these Miu Miu pink daisy print cady pants, they look good with the white caplet and cotton shirt. But again her accessories floored me with gorgeous pink madras bag – HOT!!!

Last but not least is Miu Miu’s current face Mia Wasikowska in a reserved but chic look wearing Miu Miu autumn/winter 2012 in a bi-colour organzino dress with orchidea pink top and black cady armuré flared skirt. The only thing I would change from this demure look would have been the nude patent leather pumps, I just think a vibrant pink or clashing colour would have worked perfectly.

Wearing: An outfit made up of Pringle of Scotland pieces from the spring/summer 2011 collection: a light blue cotton sleevesless top teamed with a leather apron skirt and a mesh panel pleated skirt

Verdict: I love this casual chic look from Bonnie, it has a sophistication about it with the tailored top, but a cool vibe with the structured apron-style leather skirt, over the flowing pleated skirt.

BAFTA: Red Carpet Glamour

Verdict: stylish and very old Hollywood glamour. I also loved that she has her hair down, curly and minimal make-up – stunning

Who: Kristen Stewart Wearing: Strapless white Chanel frock with gorgeous feathering and beading embellishments on it Verdict: Young, stylish and sexy – shame that she looked so awkward in it due to her being so cold Who: Jaime Winstone Wearing: Vintage Alexander McQueen Verdict: She looks like she is channeling Marilyn Monroe Who: Anna Kendrick Wearing: A short yellow Pucci dress from the SS10 collection paired with gold Jimmy Choo heels Verdict: Detailing on the dress is beautiful and I like the fact that she went for colour but I didn’t like those nude panels down the side Who: Saoirse Ronan a cutie from Ireland Wearing: Burberry Verdict: Perfect for her, flirty and fun, and I am glad she kept it young Who: Glowing Anne-Marie Duff
