I love Betsey Johnson, let’s be frank she is a little mental, which is probably why she rocks!! Well Betsey has designed some amazing hats, which will be unveiled at the Kentucky Derby, in aid of charity. As a breast cancer survivor, Betsey has created three hats, with two to be auctioned off for The National Breast Cancer Coalition and Gilda’s Club of Louisville, and one of those hats up for grabs is the Barbie hat pictured above.

The two hats will be auctioned from April 26 to May 7 at BiddingforGood.com, and the Cleopatra-meets-Scarlett Hat will be featured in a contest as part of Chambord’s ‘Pink Your Drink’ breast cancer awareness campaign.

I wonder how much the Barbie hat will go for?

Where: At the 2011 People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles

Wearing: A sweet-heart strapless  purple and aqua tulle Betsey Johnson ball-gown, with its full skirted dress, and tea length hemline, nipped in with an aqua waist-band, finished off with pink Casadei peep-toe heels

Verdict: Yeah fun Katy is back, don’t get me wrong elegant Katy was nice, but this dress is perfect on her. I love the retro 50′s prom style look of this colourful dress from the Betsey Johnson spring/summer 2011 collection, and to be honest as soon as saw this picture I thought of Barbie. This is totally a Barbie princess gown.

I love the silly string detailing on the dress, and the fact that Katy coordinated her toe nails with an aqua shade, and her signature pink lippy – completely gorgeous and I think Katy makes a great Barbie!!

Video Loving: Lea Michele Dove Commercial

I’m a total Gleek and proud of it, and when I saw this Dove commercial featuring Lea Michele on YouTube I just had to share it. This is her first big endorsement deal and she is promoting haircare products while singing My Favourite Things from The Sound of Music.

The fashion in this ad also caught my eye, the summery dresses look amazing on her while still having a Rachel quality about them – but for me the Betsey Johnson black lace with white underlay frock is perfect.
