Anna Dello Russo is more than just an Editor-at-Large for Japanese Vogue, but also a blogger, fashion mannequin, designer hoarder *well she does have an apartment just for clothes*, and most of all for me she is what is great about fashion she is fun, oh and I nearly forgot she even has a Barbie in her image. So it is hardly surprising that when Giorgio Armani wanted someone to style his autumn/winter 2011 fashion film that he called in the Italian fashionista that is ADR.
The film entitled Back Damon stars the gorgeous Karolina Kurkova and features Girogio Armani’s Boudior collection, full of exquiste evening gowns and over-the-top jewels. The inspiration for the short directed by Marco Braga is said to be the movies ‘La Notte’ and ‘Amanti’, think glamorous old Italian films and dramatic music.
Not only is Karolina the perfect model to showcase Armani, Anna even makes a cameo as an elegant lady in black, and Giorgio Armani gets in on the action as his face is printed on one of the gowns.
So anyone fancy a game of backgammon?
