I am thinking of making this ‘Made In Oz’ a regular feature as I am coming across so many cool brands. My latest find is fairly new Australian label Finders Keepers, only launched in 2009 and in it is landing in the UK for autumn/winter 2011 *October/November time*.

The line has a signature look that merges trend design and vintage-inspired pieces, and I absolutely love the mix of maxi dresses *love the Ziggy Stardust Maxi above*, jumpsuits, striking cut-out designs as well as casual pieces such as this Winter Wonderland Poncho, which looks so cosy.

What caught my attention about this label has to be the quirky detailing, every piece you need to look at the back as it is fun and flirty with its cut-out panels, if you are after a new party dress with a feminine twist then you need to look here as there are some great designs.

I love this dress ‘Shining Star Maxi’, not only is it in a gorgeous natural tone that mustard shade is stunning, it also has a flirty cascading drop hem, which makes any dress special in my opinion. OK, this label is for the younger generation, with its cut-out detailing to the waist and back, but this dress has a sexy-yet-girlie vibe to it that mixes just right.

My favourite piece has to be this striking burnt orange Brilliant Adventure Maxi dress. I love how it fuses a Seventies vibe with the shirt dress style with modern touches such as the drop hem and cut-out panel across the back. Also how amazing does the styling look, I love the pale yellow skinny belt, the blue floppy hat and the gorgeous blue tights; however for me I think I would team this beauty with black pieces, from the tights to calf-length laced boots, and even the belt, and as it is the UK a chunky cardigan or leather jacket. It definitely needs some warmth added to wear it here because of the sheer material. But I just love it!!

I have to admit I am not a fan of the playsuit, I want to be I love seeing them styled in magazines and also pick them up when shopping but I do feel a skinny frame is needed to pull off well. If you love a playsuit then you have to check this label out as the autumn/winter collection is packed full of them.

The label has a great mix from day-to-night trouser playsuits to flirty short styles, I just love the champagne colour jumpsuit called Prisoner of Love, very cool!!

There is also a great selection of body-con dresses that I am sure will be popular here, my favourite is the Magic Dance Body dress, I love the lace detailing to the bodice and the angel-wing cut-out panel to the back. This dress also comes in a grey/white mix but I love the black as it has a sexy-goth feel to it and makes a perfect LBDA aka a Little Black Dress with Attitude!! Also this dress has been spotted on Nicky Hilton.

No word on stockists *I am betting ASOS they seem to like Aussie brands as much as me* or prices but I looked at how much they were in Australia and I reckon you can expect to pay around £100 for a maxi. As soon as hear back on stockists and prices I will let you know.
