Wearing: A Barbie pink embellished lace Elie Saab cocktail dress from the spring/summer 2012 ready-to-wear collection, paired with matching Elie Saab shoes

Verdict: Wow, Lea Michele should wear more bright colours, I am loving her in this Barbie pink Elie Saab number. Normally I find that Lea tries a little too hard to do sexy vixen, but on this occasion she looks young and looked like she was actually enjoying the red carpet.

This dress, which has been shorten to show off her incredible legs, is perfection, the colour is fun and perfect for the People’s Choice and I am so glad that she went for matching shoes as pink really does look good against her tanned skin.

As well as the dress and accessories I am also loving her braided hairstyle, however it doesn’t come across as well on photos as it did on the TV.

I am looking forward to seeing what she will wear to the Golden Globes on Sunday.

Where: On the red carpet of the People Choice Awards 2013, which were held last night at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles

Wearing: A pink embroidered Christian Siriano dress from the spring/summer 2013 collection, teamed with a one-of-a-kind Dana Rebecca Designs hairpiece and matching earrings and Giuseppe Zanotti peep-toes

Verdict: I do love a Princess look especially at award shows, for me there has to be at least one and Kaley pulled off this romantic and delicate look perfectly. As the host she changed six times throughout the show but for me this was my favourite look.

I love the colour, it isn’t nude or pink really, more like a delicate cotton candy if that makes sense, for me it just screams feminine and Kaley looks adorable wearing it. The colour also works perfectly with the rose gold accessories.

From head-to-toe this look is gorgeous.

Just browsing Matches, as you do, and I came across the gorgeous bright pink Margot lantern Roksanda Ilincic dress that Ginnifer Goodwin wore to the People’s Choice Awards back in January. Granted this vibrant beauty is very pricey at £950, it is however still gorgeous, and I can’t help but be completely in love with the sleeves.

Now if only I could win the lottery as it seems this statement dress is only available in one size, a size 12, my size – anyone would think that I am destined to buy this dress *I wish*.

Do you do high-end designer stalking on online boutiques and play the ‘when I win the lottery’ and fill up your virtual basket with lots of beautiful pieces? Please say it isn’t just me!!!

Wearing: A tailored Gucci trouser suit from the spring/summer 2012 collection, with a bright green blazer and white shirt, teamed with a gold clutch, black heels and Tiffany & Co. jewellery

Verdict: I love Emma’s quirky style, this circus ringmaster-meets-waiter-meets-a tuxedo twist really stood out on the red carpet and I think captured her personality really well. For me this look was more a film premiere than an awards ceremony, especially one in which she was nominated in, but saying that it is nice to see something different on the red carpet.

Where: At the Critics’ Choice Awards 2012 in Los Angeles

Wearing: An emerald-green and black printed Jason Wu gown with keyhole cut detailing from the pre-fall 2012 collection, teamed with a black belt and hooped earrings

Verdict: Now this is more like it, I loved the quirky suit but you can’t beat a flowing Jason Wu gown, and this emerald-green shade really pops against her red hair. I also love her smoky eyes and the mussed-up chignon – red carpet perfection.

It if wasn’t for Diane Kruger working a gorgeous pastel Prada ensemble she would have been my best dressed.

Wearing: An emerald-green Elie Saab cocktail dress with lace sleeves from the ready-to-wear spring 2012 collection, teamed with beige Elie Saab sandals and poker straight hair

Verdict: I am a fan of Nina, I even called my goldfish after her character in Vampire Diaries, and I love that she enjoys working different looks. This is an elegant look from her but it totally works.

The lace detailing has a more youthful feel than Ashley Greene’s mainly because of the colour, and because it is long-sleeved rather than the middle ground of Ashley’s. I also think the colour is gorgeous against her dark locks as well.

Also what you can’t see in the top image is the gorgeous pleated detailing to the back of the skirt – to-die-for!!!!

Verdict: I love it when stars wear a splash of colour on the red carpet and you can’t get brighter than this shocking pink number from London Fashion Week designer Roksanda Ilincic. It is also nice again to see one of LFW stars shining on the red carpet, and I am so glad that it was someone like Ginnifer who’s styled I have always admired and I think she looks stunning in this ladylike dress, I love that it falls just below her knee – very chic!!

Wearing: A white David Koma dress from his spring/summer 2012 collection, which features a sheer mesh plunging neckline, draped fabric, and the skirt has sheer panels and colourful futuristic embellishments. Miley paired her fashion-forward dress with metallic pink Jimmy Choo heels and a silver Marchesa clutch.

Verdict: Last time I featured David Koma was when Cheryl Cole wore one of his tops to a party in London, and it makes me happy that Disney starlet Miley has put the London Fashion Week designer into the Hollywood spotlight as he totally deserves it.

For me, Miley was the best dressed at this week’s People’s Choice Awards, her only competition came from stars who also decided that London Fashion Week designers were best, and I have to admit it was close between her and Ginnifer Goodwin who stunned in a Roksanda Ilincic dress.

What I love the most is that Miley worked something that was sexy with the plunging neckline but a refined sex appeal with the mesh panelling. I think in the past Miley has all been about tight-fitting, revealing and at types a little tacky. Maybe she has a new stylist, maybe she has matured a little, or maybe she just loved the futuristic vibe of this dress – whatever happen I am pleased as this dress and designer deserve the attention. Roll on more a-list celebrities wearing David Koma!!!
