I find baking relaxing and therapeutic – if I am stressed it is one of the best ways to clear my head. One of my favourite recipes to bake is Lorraine Pascale's Chocolate Oreo Brownies, which I first saw on her BBC show 'Baking is Easy'. I am a huge brownie fan, I love that they are easy to make, versatile – you can substitute the Oreos for raspberries, white chocolate chunks, nuts, mini eggs, basically anything, and they are easy to make. Oh and they are so delicious – this recipes makes the best gooey centred brownies I have
I love afternoon tea, the cute sandwiches, the adorable cakes, and I am a sucker for gorgeous bone china tea cups, so when Stylight *a new fashion community that you need to check out* asked me to join them and a few bloggers at The Berkeley I couldn’t say no. We didn’t do anything too strenuous except walk for miles, we took in the sites, admired the architecture, took lots of photographs, climbed a tower, chuckled at people attempting to punt, and finished off the day with the best afternoon tea I have had in years. Thanks Harriet’s for finishing off a fab day.

I was invited by Microsoft with a selection of fashion bloggers to see their spring/summer 2012 collection, crazy right that even technology companies are working the fashion calendar, but the collection features all the new laptop releases. The night was fun and we even got into a discussion on what Microsoft could do to make
