So it’s April, that means the weather should be getting better right? Yes, I’m living in the same hope as well, which is why I’ve decided that this week’s Friday Favourites is dedicated to my spring wishlist, which is very floral based, I’m going through a phase. I’ve put together a mixture of pieces, another cold shoulder top, I’m obsessed, statement to subtle florals, as well as a few neutral basics, to wear with those statement pieces, and a 90’s vibes denim jacket with lots of badges on. Basically, this is a what I want to be wearing this spring.
Spring/summer 2016 it seems is the season of the shoulders, as designers look to subtle sexy and effortlessly chic. The catwalks were filled with shoulder moments from off-the-shoulder tops to asymmetrical necklines, however, my favourite, a nod to the 90s has to be shoulder cutouts or as the kids are now calling it, the cold shoulder. I also
So you might have heard, once or twice on my social media channels that it is London Fashion Week, yep, it’s come around quick again, so for the next five days I will be hitting the shows, presentations and parties – checking out my favourite designers, scouting out hot new designers, catching up with my blogger pals, as well as prancing about doing outfit pics – so there will be lots of content coming your way in the next couple of weeks. To keep you going and to get yourself into the spirit of fashion week I’ve put together a
So did this Friday come around quick for anyone else? This week really has flown by, the closer it gets to London Fashion Week the less organised I seem to become, which is not a good thing, so today’s Friday Favourites is a little late, sorry, will try to do better, but it’s a good one, all about rocking graphic stripes. Horizontal, vertical, block, overlapping asymmetric stripes they were all seen on the catwalks at the spring/summer 2016 shows – everyone from Prada to Roksanda, Dolce and Gabbana and Jonathan Saunders, as well as Missoni, Chloe, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, and
