Every season London Fashion Week seems to keep on getting bigger and better, and this September the British Fashion Council are opening their own pop-up shop celebrating some of the hottest talents of LFW.
Onsite at Somerset House, ‘The Shop’ will house autumn/winter 2013 ready-to-wear, accessories and shoes by brands including Markus Lupfer, Bella Freud, Sophia Webster, Prism, Dominic Jones, Zoe Jordan, Lulu & Co. and House of Holland – the two rooms in the West Wings are going to be jam-packed with goodies.
If the incredible shopping wasn’t enough, the pop-up space has been created by set designer Robert Storey, and the boutique has a cool logo designed by the talented Sir Peter Blake – I really am a sucker for typography!!!
Keep an eye out on LFW’s Twitter @londonfashionwk as ‘The Shop’ will also play host to a series of pop-up events including flash sales, musical performances, readings, interviews and guest appearances – it will be the cultural hub of fashion week.
‘The Shop’ will be open Friday, September 13 – Sunday, September 22 (but will be closed Wednesday, September 18.
