As you might have already guessed I love the award season, you might have seen the odd tweet or hundreds from me, you might have already admired my red carpet coverage from the SAG Awards and BAFTAs, but this weekend is the sad end of another great season but also the main event – The Oscars and I am super excited.
Ever since I was little I used to love staying up and watching the red carpet take shape, laugh at Whoopi Goldberg presenting the show, and attempt to predict who would walk away with the big prizes, who would cry when accepting the award, I earned 10 points off Gwyneth Paltrow, and who, if anyone would be so off the mark with their red carpet outfit, which sadly is a rarity now in the golden era of celebrity stylists.
So this year to celebrate the award season I have been working a little behind-the-scenes and I have snagged interview time with three talent women who really do shape the red carpet – I have Sahar Sanjar, founder of la Chambre PR in LA, who looks after some of my favourite red carpet designers including Elie Saab and Reem Acra, then I have stylist to the Nina Dobrev and Bradley Cooper, Ilaria Urbinati, and the only red carpet fashion blogger who counts the gorgeous Catherine Kallon from Red Carpet Fashion Awards.
I chatted with all three lovely ladies about their love for fashion, the red carpet, as well as getting an insight into their day-to-day jobs, as well as finding out a little about them – such as can you guess which one is an N’Sync fan, who is loving Nashville at the moment, and who would love to steal the style of Taylor Tomasi Hill???
I will be posting the interviews over the next couple of days so make sure you stay tuned!!!
