Who: The Descendants star Shailene Woodley
Where: At the 84th Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles
Wearing: A white long-sleeved Valentino couture gown from the spring/summer 2012 collection, with cut out detailing to the bust, teamed with Harry Winston garnet and lotus ring
Verdict: I am torn with this gown, I love its futuristic vibe, but I am not loving it on her – I feel that it ages her a bit. This is a hard one, I can see that she was trying to go with what she liked, but I just think if she had worn something a little more girlie then it would have gotten her on all the best dressed lists. Don’t get me wrong she doesn’t look awful I just would have opted for a different gown for her.
What I do love though is her make-up and sleek bun.
