Winter Warmer: My Favourite Lands’ End Duffle Coat

With the weather on the turn again I thought I would share my new favourite coat from Lands’ End. Well actually it isn’t that new, I got it before Christmas, but the weather just hasn’t really been cold enough to wear it so I am pleased that the winter freeze has finally arrived. These pictures were taken last week in Cambridge, such a gorgeous town for a walk after brunch I love going down to the river and it was nice to do my style posts, while out and about.

Let me tell you more about my amazing coat, not only is it my first ever duffle I know I must have been an unloved child, it is super warm, which is needed as I am constantly cold, I am completely in love with the navy blue shade and it has tons of pockets. It is also one of the most comfortable coats I have worn in a long time, a great length both in the body and the arms, and most of all I love the choice of poppers, toggles and zipper – I know I am that sad!!!

Last year’s winter coat I was constantly loosing a button off my River Island military-inspired coat, and in turn was super disappointed, but this Lands’ End duffle is a classic that will stand the test of time, not only in style but also quality it is made to such a high standard.

This is a coat that I have to keep on a hanger to keep its shape and when spring finally arrives it will be packaged up to protect for next winter.

Do you have a winter coat that you bring out year-after-year?

Wearing: Wool duffle coat from Lands’ End, G-Star Raw 3301 jeans, and a New Look bird-print scarf.
