Verdict: There is always something elegant and sophisticated about Helen’s red carpet looks and I adore this gorgeous blue feathered-effect gown. I also love her fresh looking make-up, that rouge lippy is perfection on her, also I don’t think I have ever seen her with her hair out-of-place – another great look for her.
