Verdict: This year’s People’s Choice seemed to be either dressed themselves *not in a good way*, boring and predictable, or simple elegance. I think this gorgeous Rachel Roy goes under the final category. I love the structuring in the dresses skirt as well as the trim on the shoulders. Maybe could have done more with her hair and make-up, but overall I am loving this look.
